Beautiful Promenade! Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop! Bal fleuri!

Hello and welcome today! Wherever you are joining from I'm excited to share my creations using the Petal Promenade suite of products for the September Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop!

This month my creations are based around the celebrations for my 10th Wedding Anniversary that took place in August. So let me share with you the treats that I created for my husband.

First up there is a pastel toned card, but with more masculine tones. How beautiful are those intricate die cuts included in this set?

To create my card, first I heat embossed with white powder onto watercolour paper. I chose the diamond stamp from the set for this. Then I used my reinkers to add subtle colour to the background of the card.

I used my Stampin' Write Markers to achieve the ombre look for the sentiment. I heat embossed with white powder on coloured card stock for the leaves behind the white die cut.

Here is a close up of the front of my box using numbers from the Broadway Bound DSP :

And inside the box there is a mini-album to share our photos and memories. There is plenty of space in the mini-album and the beautiful DSP adds the perfect setting.

I also decorated the inside of the box using the die in the set :

Here is the front of the mini-album. I chose the same die to add continuity across my creations and I also "dry-embossed" the die for a textured look and additional interest. To do this use your Big Shot Embossing Mat (item 146327) with a detail framelit, thinlit or edgelit die. This not only gives a unique look to your projects but also means you stretch your supplies and your creativity :

How beautiful is the DSP in this suite? Below you can see I used the "frame" paper to stamp a little message inside the mini-album :

I hope that you love my creations and that they gave you some inspiration. On the other side of the world you will hop to Susan in New Zealand and see her awesome projects. But come back soon!

Voilà! J'espère que vous aimez ma création et dites-moi si ça vous plaît!

De l'autre cote du monde il y a Susan en Nouvelle-Zélande, elle va vous plaire, j'en suis sûre, mais revenez bientôt:
