sale.a.bration sneak peek party pandas

Look at these pandas! Aren't they amazing? This is a free set that you can earn from 3rd January 2018 with a 60€/£45 spend on Stampin' Up! products. And there is a new Spring:Summer catalogue coming on that day too!

I have paired my pandas with the beautiful Eastern Palace DSP:

season of joy, season of cheer

Today I have a card to share that uses a die set that was introduced in last year's Autumn:Winter catalogue and carried forward into the Annual Catalogue. So I dusted off the dies, remembering how much I loved them last year and matched them with some of the current holiday catalogue designer series paper.

Brightly Lit Christmas : A song of ink and snow

So it's December 1st ! Are you excited ? I'm sharing an ink blended card today with a tip to create the snowfall and then I must start my December memory keeping project :)

So let's talk about today's card. First I took my sponge finger daubers and starting with a light blue colour blended out in circular motions on watercolour paper. I moved onto to darker blues and finished with Night of Navy. Now you don't need a lot of this colour because it's dark! Remember to start light and build up the colour.

Snowflake Sparkle

Non-traditional colours for Christmas definitely make it more interesting! But of course I have to use pink and silver. This card even has a little bit of glitter on the ribbon too.

Clean and Simple Brightly Lit Christmas

Yes it is true that I can't put these lamp posts away! Today I have a clean and simple card to share, lots of white space to embrace.

I love the contrasting colours of this card, the embossed background the the dimensional snowbank layers with the lamp post slipped in between.

Brightly Lit Christmas Ink Blended

Did you try some ink blending? I had so much fun creating this card - and messy fingers too! Remember to use a scrap piece of paper to protect your ink blending  while  you move around the paper. That way you won't get finger prints in your ink blending.

On to today's card - I had in mind an aurora borealis idea - I'd love to visit the Northern Lights!

Snowflake Sentiments Ink Blended

This week I have some beautiful ink blended Christmas cards to share with you. So get your sponge daubers at the ready!

Today's card features some heat embossing too, in two different ways. Firstly the sentiment is heat embossed in gold to pop out at you. Also the snowflakes are heat embossed in white to stand out from the ink blending.

Dream Theme Design Team - Engagement

Hello and welcome for another blog hop. This time around the theme is Engagement. This is well timed for me because my niece has just got engaged and is planning her wedding for next summer in Edinburgh. So I looking forward to a holiday visiting Scotland next year.

To create my card I used the new kit "Color Me Happy" and the Stampin' Blends. Have you tried them out yet?

More Brightly Lit Christmas

Am I terribly odd for thinking that craft, red and black are the colours for Christmas? I honestly was going to use another colour for my second creation with the Brightly Lit Christmas set but I was drawn again to the craft card stock.

And that ribbon with the little crosses is to die for! I had to have two attempts at the bow to make sure the crosses were on the right side. Those of you that attend my ateliers know me and my bows!

Brightly Lit Christmas

It's official! Holiday time is here and I just love it to pieces! I am totally in love with this amazing set from the Autumn:Winter 2017 catalogue too. This week I will be sharing a couple of creations with this fun set.

Now let's talk about craft card stock! Definitely a colour for Christmas and it goes so well with the Lemon Lime Twist and Real Red. It really makes those colours pop out from the card.

Stampin' Blends are Here ! Color me Happy

Yippee! Now I can share my creations with these amazing blending pens with you!

I couldn't wait to get my hands on these lovelies and there is no better way to showcase them than with the Color Me Happy kit. This beautiful kit comes with a matching stamp set and everything you need to make 16 cards. And the envelopes are lush, scroll down for the photos!

Customer Thank You cards for September

Life has been a little bit hectic recently and I forgot to share with you my customer thank you cards for September! Better late than never I guess!

I CASED this card from one I saw on Pinterest that used a complete stamp for the flowers on the cat. I didn't have that stamp set so I set about creating the cluster of flowers myself using the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set. I stamped the images close together and then I took the Spooky Cat Punch and punched out the cat shape and added the face. Then I punched two more cat shapes in Berry Burst card stock and adhered these behind my stamped cat shape.

How I store my craft supplies

Hello! Today's post describes how and what I use to store my craft supplies. Hopefully it may give you a few ideas on how you can get your supplies organised so you can easily find them and use them!

I'm a big Ikea fan - in my craft room I have two Kallax bookcases that store most of my supplies and my tools. I also have 4 desks and numerous chairs, which I use for my ateliers. For my stamps I use the Gnedby bookcase - it's a perfect fit for the stamp cases!

I also have four Raskog carts :

Dream Theme Design Team - Halloween

Hello and welcome for another month's creations. This time around the theme is Halloween.

Don't you just love this time of year with the crisp Autumn leaves (if you live in the Northern Hemisphere of course!) and I pretty much love everything about the festival of Halloween. There is an old fort near where I live and each Halloween they create a spooky castle feel with fake (I hope!) spiders webs and eery lighting - my kids really enjoy going too! Halloween always falls during the school holidays in France so plenty of time to prepare parties and spookiness!

So on to today's creation that I have to share with you -

Happy Valentines Day ! Today I have a sampler frame creation to share with you made with the Sending Love suite of products from Stampin' Up!

Mini Love Heart Treat Bag using Sending Love | Tutorial

Stampin' Up! demonstrator Sarah Lancaster Sending Love Mini Treat Bags

Just in time for Valentines Day I have a tutorial to share for a cute little treat box that is just the right size for the mini Love Hearts sweeties.

To create my treat bags I followed a tutorial by Stampin' Georgia but I discovered that her bags were too small to hold my Love Hearts treats so I changed the measurements and now the candy fits perfectly.

Here are the details for my treat bags :
