an apology and a special reward code

Hello and welcome to my blog.

Firstly I want to apologise to all of my customers who experienced order problems when trying to grab some of the Retiring Goodies from the Stampin' Up! website. There was a huge, global computer glitch that affected the online ordering, even for the demonstrators.

Due to family reasons (for those of you that do not know, my eldest son Zachary is Type 1 Diabetic and has tri-monthly check ups in Lyon) I was not in front of my computer. But I know that many of you found the website glitches frustrating and I can see from my online demonstrator software from the timing of orders received that it was fixed around dinner time yesterday evening.

As way of an apology all of my customers purchasing any item from the Retired List and using the following Hostess Reward code when checking out will receive an additional gift from me. This code is valid the next 30 days ~

Also a big reminder that if you want something from the Retiring List do not wait. The items will sell out and will not be replaced - first come, first served!

Once again, my apologies. I know that some of you were after specific things and I am trying my best to source these for you. If others have similar requests, please contact me and I will try on your behalf.
